One Android app for phones and TV
Review release: connected to the current test catalogue. App banner and Sponsored feed placements are prepared but disabled pending compliance approval and advertising privacy setup. This release still needs physical phone/TV confirmation before adverts are enabled.

Install this version manually once to add the updater. Later releases are checked automatically and can be downloaded inside the app; Android/Fire TV still asks you to approve installation. If asked, allow installations from SpunkTok in your device settings.
Browse Fresh drops, Popular or searchable A–Z Categories. Fresh drops mixes recent videos across categories. Popular ranks deduplicated player opens across the app and website, not completed watches; new videos with equal counts are ordered newest first.
Optional app usage statistics use Google Firebase. Choose whether to share at first use or in Settings. When enabled, Firebase receives app launches, version and basic device/session information, including approximate region; no video titles, searches or viewing history are sent. Advertising tracking and automatic screen reporting are disabled. Counts represent participating installations, not unique people. Turning statistics off stops collection and resets local analytics data; it does not erase data already uploaded to Google.
Settings includes third-party source and copyright guidance, plus an optional four-digit local PIN lock. A forgotten PIN has no server recovery: clearing Android app storage or browser site data removes local preferences. This is a convenience lock, not verified age checking or server-side access control.
Replacing the old app
This release uses a new package ID, com.spunktok.app2, so it installs alongside the old app without deleting its data. It also does not update the earlier 2.0.0 prototype, which used the legacy package ID. You may remove an older installation after checking this release. Future releases with this package ID and signing key can update it normally.
TV playback now has native remote-focusable Play/Pause, seek and fullscreen buttons. The TV age gate uses a compact two-column layout, and both launcher icons have been updated.
Android phone
- Download the APK using the button above.
- Open the downloaded file. If prompted, allow this browser to install unknown apps.
- Install SpunkTok 2.0, then turn that browser's unknown-app installation permission off again.
Android-based Fire TV
- Install a trusted downloader such as Downloader from the Amazon Appstore.
- In Fire TV settings, allow that downloader to install unknown apps. Menu names vary by model.
- Open this download page in the downloader, select the APK and install it.
Older Fire OS 5 devices do not meet this release's minimum Android version. Non-Android Vega OS devices cannot install Android APKs. This file is not an iPhone app.
The app has an 18+ self-declaration, not verified age checking. Video files remain on third-party services. This notice does not remove applicable legal obligations.
